E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities

• E-Commerce Management
• Handle daily operations on Website, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, and other online marketplaces.
• Upload new products, manage listings, update pricing, and monitor inventory.
• Ensure product descriptions, images, and SEO keywords are accurate and optimized.
• Respond to customer inquiries, messages, and order-related issues promptly.
• Process orders, coordinate shipments, track deliveries, and manage returns.

Content Creation & Design

• Design product images, banners, and ads using Canva/Photoshop or similar tools.
• Create short videos and reels for product promotions, ads, and social media.
• Work with the marketing team to create visually appealing and conversion-focused content.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Assist in managing brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Schedule posts, engage with followers, and support influencer collaborations.
• Run basic ads or support the marketing team with ad creatives and campaign assets.

Data & Reporting

• Track daily sales, website traffic, and marketplace performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze customer behavior and product trends to recommend improvements.

Quality Control & Coordination

• Coordinate with the manufacturing and logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
• Follow up on pending orders and ensure accurate communication with customers.
• Take responsibility for complete workflow to maintain smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of advanced computer operations.
• Basic written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience working in e-commerce platforms (Website, Amazon, Etsy, eBay).
• Knowledge of social media management and posting.
• Skills in image editing, graphic design, and basic video creation.
• Creative thinking with the ability to take initiative and responsibility.
• Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
