E-Commerce Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage online product listings, order processing, inventory coordination, and overall marketplace performance. The candidate will handle day-to-day operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, and other e-commerce portals.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing & Catalog Management

Create, update, and optimize product listings on various e-commerce platforms.

Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and category mapping.

Manage bulk uploads and catalog corrections.

Order & Inventory Management

Monitor, process, and dispatch daily online orders.

Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely packing and shipping.

Track inventory levels and ensure stock availability online.

Handle returns, replacements, and order-related issues.

Platform Operations

Manage seller dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).

Monitor product rankings, listings, and overall account health.
