Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into successful onboarded clients. You will engage with prospective clients, close deals, and help them integrate their products on various e-commerce platforms. This role combines office-based work with regular field visits to meet clients and understand their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Engage with potential clients (via phone, email, and in-person) to understand their business needs and qualify leads for further follow-up.
- Client Onboarding:
- Guide clients through the process of onboarding their products to e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. Provide assistance with account setup, product listing, and other necessary actions to get them up and running.
- Field Visits:
- Visit client offices and businesses as needed for in-person consultations and to address any concerns or queries. Build strong relationships with clients during these visits.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs by successfully closing deals and onboarding clients within stipulated timelines.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in e-commerce, platform policies, and industry best practices to provide clients with the best possible guidance.
- Sales Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets using CRM tools.
- Client Support:
- Act as the point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, providing assistance and addressing any concerns they may have.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the e-commerce, technology, or service sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and the onboarding process is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and handle field visits to client locations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for closing deals.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools for managing sales activities.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
