About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell Airjet Textile Machinery, Industrial Air Compressors, spare parts, and related technical solutions to textile manufacturers and industrial customers.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, conducting product presentations, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to understand technical products and provide suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within textile weaving units and manufacturing industries.
- Generate leads through market visits, referrals, networking, and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and market surveys to identify business opportunities.
Sales & Customer Management
- Promote Airjet Textile Machinery, Industrial Air Compressors, spare parts, and technical solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Project Coordination & Customer Support
- Coordinate with technical and service teams for installation and commissioning activities.
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments.
- Follow up on customer requirements, service support, and payment collections.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, machine upgrades, and spare parts sales.
Skills Required

Education
- Any Graduate
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Textile Engineering preferred
- MBA will be an added advantage
- ExperienceMinimum 2–5 years of experience in Textile Machinery, Industrial Equipment, Air Compressors, Engineering Products, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in the textile industry will be preferred.
- Technical sales experience will be an added advantage.
