As part of the Company's growth plans, We are inviting an HR Manager \ Responsibilities • Manage the recruitment and training activities of the organisation. • Maintaining and updating the HR database on a regular basis. • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. • Work with senior management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results • Recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience. • People management responsibility requiring attracting and retaining senior talent from multiple functions from inside and outside. • Provide motivation and coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employees issues. •work closely with the employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties' interests. • Implement and administer corporate policies, programs, and procedures. Basic Qualifications • 1 or 2+ years of experience in an HR role. • Demonstrated ability to motivate and coach employees. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within and outside the organisation. • Good narrative writing skills and proven experience at presenting. • Experience in leading HR operations is preferred.
