Interior Designer Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to develop functional, aesthetically pleasing, and innovative interior spaces. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and project teams to create designs that meet client requirements, budgets, and project timelines.

• Key Responsibilities: Meet with clients to understand project requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and presentations.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and construction documentation.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors throughout project execution.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure design compliance.
• Prepare cost estimates and assist in project budgeting.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and design innovations.

• Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1–2years of experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or retail interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, Photoshop, or similar design software.
• Strong understanding of space planning, materials, furniture, and lighting design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Preferred Skills: Knowledge of construction detailing and site execution.
• Experience with BOQ preparation and vendor coordination.
