Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Export Sales Executive with export experience in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads in international markets, focusing on potential clients for our FMCG products.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the export segment.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and the FMCG industry to effectively present and promote our solutions.
  • Order Processing: Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to order fulfilment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order processing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the export and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and outstanding customer service.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales tactics.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management, providing insights on performance and areas for development.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales, preferably with a focus on export.
  • Strong understanding of export processes and international trade regulations.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
