Responsibilities of candidates include: Having good knowledge procurement (purchase Department) in real estate • To identify suppliers as per the requirements. • Based on the requirement for the materials, price comparison, quality comparison, service time comparison need to do. • Ensure that material need to reach on-site at the given time frame, any work or process no need to delay • To produce and maintain all reports. • To review inventories and order as required. • To interact with the suppliers on day to day basis. • To ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment. • To prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment. • To control purchasing department budgets • To analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability • To represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers. • To direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies. • To deal with non-supplied, under orders, and damaged goods, access goods need to return to respective parties/ vendors. • To manage any procurement activities including Request For Proposal.
