Find suitable trucks/vehicles from the market as per load requirement.

Maintain and grow a reliable network of transporters and fleet owners.

2. Loading & Unloading.l

3. Logistics Planning:

Arrange vehicle scheduling, route planning, and timely dispatch of materials.

Track vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery.

4. Cost Negotiation & Control:

Negotiate transport rates with fleet owners and maintain cost efficiency.

5. Coordination & Communication:

Serve as the main contact between suppliers, transporters, drivers, and management.

Resolve any issues during loading, unloading, or transit.

6. Reporting:

Maintain daily transport activity records and update management as required.
