We are looking for candidate Position – Maintenance Manager Location – Pandesara (Surat) Salary – Up to 30k Experience – More than 4+ Years Experience in Automobile Production Plant Job Descriptions 1. Design, Erection & Commissioning of mechanical and utilities equipment. 2. Manage preventive, planned and predictive maintenance to maximize operational availability of machines 3. Innovations, up gradations, modification of plant machinery as & when required. Indigenization of critical & comparatively high cost spares. 4. Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems. 5. Planning and scheduling for breakdown and shutdown activities and manage all repair and installation activities accordingly. 6. Preparing & getting approval of annual budget pertaining to maintenance Department & controlling costs within defined budgets. 7. Oversee equipment/utilities/ engineering consumable spares stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary 8. Ensure Compliance to safety and statutory requirements of maintenance operations and sustenance to achieve the organizational goal with zero accident, defects 9. Developing & implement the standard operating procedures (SOP) for operations & maintenance activities to meet the needs of EHS, engineering, QBM and regulatory standards and ensuring adherence to the same. 10. Coordinating with all the process, electrical, instrumentation & purchase heads for smooth & trouble-free operations of the plant 11. Coach, mentor, train and develop maintenance employees to meet current and future business requirements 12.
