Job Role

We are hiring a female candidate to handle WhatsApp customer inquiries and B2B sales support for our ethnic wear business. The candidate will manage customer conversations, confirm orders, coordinate dispatch, share tracking details, and provide complete customer assistance.

Responsibilities

• Reply to customer messages on WhatsApp
• Explain product details, fabric quality, and designs
• Confirm customer orders and collect payment
• Coordinate order dispatch
• Share tracking numbers with customers
• Track courier deliveries and resolve delivery issues
• Provide support if parcels are delayed or not delivered
• Show products to customers through video calls if required
• Handle B2B reseller and wholesale customer inquiries
• Maintain basic records of orders and customer conversations
