1. To greet and properly direct all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates, customers, etc.
2. To answer calls and directing the calls to the relevant department/division.
3. Responsible for maintaining the telephone registers including call tracking.
4. She will be responsible to look after to guide the customer till lasts.
5. Attendance management, enrolling new employee, issuing of locker to new employees and maintaining of respective data sheet for the same, Pantry management and to check all hygiene should be maintained by pantry operator.
6. Provide assistance in general administrative activities.
7. To answer queries of the visitor and supply required information to them.
8. To assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks.
9. To perform data entry and other software programs for necessary work.
10. To maintain complete professionalism in communication while dealing with clients, customers, etc.
11. To make sure the reception area is neat and clean and silent.
12. Responsible for immediate attention of host as soon as any interviewee, guest, visitor or customer comes.
13. To maintain data of walk-in interviews, visitors & customers with allotted registers.
14. She has to prepare the data as and when asked by the senior to report.
15. Maintain and update the contact sheet
16. Manage the banking related work. Courier facilities too.
17. Any other relevant duties that arise from time to time.
