Incident Report Manager This Is The Detailed Role Of HR Operations (Complaints/Grievances/Incidents) Skills Required: • Excellent Knowledge Of English And Fluent In Speaking (Mandatory) • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills • Qualification: HR • Experience: Min 1 Year • Job Timings: 12 Hours Rotational Shift (20 Working Days In A Month) 10 Days Day Shift - 9:30 Am To 9:30 Pm (Work At Company) 10 Days Night Shift - 9:30 Pm To 9:30 Am (Work From Home) 10 Days Off. Responsibilities: • This Is The Detailed Role Of Hr Operations (Complaints/Grievances/Incidents) • Make Sure To Correct The Format (I.E., Font Size, Font Style, Bold/Bracket Name, Bullet Points, Remove Blank Space, Text Alignment, Margin Etc.) • Always Correct Grammar, Spell Check, Punctuation. • Separation Of Description And Action (If Action Taken Is Mentioned In The Description) Grammar, Spell Check, Punctuation. • Make A Call To The Site To Investigate The Case Get Relevant Information And Update The Ir Accordingly. • Categories Ir Into Internal/External & Minor/Major, And Send It Out Accordingly. • Internal Includes Gm, Am, Rm And Internal Departments (Ie. Laundry, Maintenance, Food, Transport Etc) • Ensure To Check You Have Tagged Correct And Updated Emails Id's. • Make Sure The Potential/Urgent Incident Is Marked Subject As Serious Incident Report. • Check The Format Of The Ir Document Sent By The Site, If Not Proper Then Ask The Site To Resend In The Latest Format. • Always Check The Cad Ref. If The Incident Is Related To An Emergency. • If The Ir Is Not Making Sense And Not Clear Firstly Call The Site And Investigate The Matter, Update The Ir Accordingly And Then Forward It To The Stakeholders. • If The Ir Is Too Brief Make It Short With Making Sense And Covering All The Points. • If The Ir Is Too Short Which Is Not Justifying The Matter Ask The Site To Brief It Properly.
