✨ About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a civil engineering background to lead sales operations and business development. The role combines technical knowledge of civil materials/projects with proven leadership in managing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & manage the sales team to achieve business targets
- Develop & implement sales strategies for civil infrastructure projects/materials
- Identify new business opportunities & build strong client relationships
- Collaborate with project & technical teams for smooth execution
- Prepare proposals, quotations & presentations for clients
- Negotiate contracts & close deals with clients/vendors
- Monitor market trends & competitor activities, share insights with management
- Ensure timely reporting of sales performance & pipeline updates
🎯 Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience (3+ years managerial)
- Strong knowledge of civil materials, construction processes & infrastructure projects
- Proven track record in business development & client management
- Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
