Roles & Responsibilities:

Note: We are specifically looking for candidates with a Civil Engineering background.

1. On-Site Project Management: Oversee the installation and construction of facade systems at project sites. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets.

2. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all facade installations meet or exceed industry standards and client requirements. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any deviations or issues promptly.

3. Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site to create a secure working environment for all personnel. Conduct regular safety briefings, inspections, and risk assessments to mitigate potential hazards.

4. Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, subcontractors, and clients regarding facade systems, materials, and installation techniques. Resolve any technical challenges or issues that may arise during the construction process.

5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily progress reports, installation logs, and as-built drawings. Generate timely reports for project managers and clients regarding project status, milestones, and any concerns or delays.

6. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding on-site activities, progress updates, and any client-specific requirements or concerns. Foster positive relationships with clients through clear and effective communication and proactive problem-solving

Note: As a Site Engineer at Gorana, you will be responsible for overseeing the on-site installation, coordination, and management of facade systems. Your role will involve working closely with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and clients to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
