Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Promoter to represent our brand and promote products within retail stores. The candidate will engage with customers, explain product features and benefits, drive sales, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers visiting the store.

Promote and demonstrate products to customers.

Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers.

Encourage customers to make purchases and achieve sales targets.

Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards.

Monitor stock availability and report shortages to the supervisor.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.

Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales team.

Ensure products are clean, organized, and properly displayed.

Support promotional campaigns, in-store events, and product launches.

Maintain daily sales and activity reports.

Required Qualifications

Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.

Previous retail sales or promoter experience preferred.

Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Preferred Experience
