Unisex Hairdresser/Hairstylist

We are looking for a creative, experienced, and versatile Unisex Hair Stylist/Dresser to deliver exceptional hair care and styling services to both male and female clients. The ideal candidate should be up-to-date with current hair trends and possess strong technical and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Hair Cutting: Perform precision hair cutting for all genders, including classic cuts, contemporary styles, fades, shaves (for men), and advanced techniques like layers, bobs, and texturizing (for women).
• Hair Styling: Provide professional hair styling services, including blowouts, ironing, curling, and formal updos/braids for special occasions.
• Chemical Services: Expertly perform and advise on a wide range of chemical services, including hair coloring (highlights, global color, balayage, etc.), perms,rebonding,and keratin/smoothening treatments.
• Hair Treatments: Recommend and administer therapeutic and conditioning treatments such 
• as deep conditioning, head massage, and specialized scalp treatments.
• Consultation: Conduct detailed client consultations to assess hair type, desired look, and lifestyle to recommend the best cut, style, and color.
• Salon Operations: Manage appointments, handle payments, and maintain detailed client notes on services and product usage.
• Hygiene & Maintenance: Ensure the styling station, tools (scissors, combs, clippers, blow 
• dryers, etc.), and linen are cleaned, sanitized, and well-maintained daily.
• Retailing: Educate clients on proper hair care maintenance and successfully promote and sell 
• relevant hair care and styling products.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Certificate or Diploma from a recognized Cosmetology/Hairdressing school.
• Communication: Excellent listening and communication skills in Hindi and/or Gujarati to build rapport and clearly explain services. English is a benefit.
• Customer Focus: A passion for customer satisfaction, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle client feedback professionally.
• Qualities: Creativity, an eye for aesthetics, high energy, and the physical capacity to stand for extended periods.
