Skill Required: • Good Planning, Communication, Organizational & Coordination Skills • Knowledge of MS Office • Supervision, Safety Management, Managing Processes, Surveillance Skills, Inventory Control, Reporting Skills, Analysing Information, Equipment Maintenance, Judgment • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills Checking Goods Quantity, Manufacturing, Expiry etc.  Coordinate with HO, Sales Managers, production, suppliers and transportation along with documentation & Supervise activities related to warehousing, material movement, loading etc.,  Ensure loading bay and packing area are clean and safe as per company’s guidelines and trolleys, weighing scale are in safe working condition.  Daily filing and data entry in system like documents related to delivery notes, Challan, Invoices, Packing List, Shipping account, Stock Management, Goods return vouchers etc. & report to Head office.  Follow systems and procedures outlined in the company manuals. Ensure Company policies & procedures are followed.  Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.  inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed.  Keep video record of container Loading.
