Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesDesign multilayer PCBs using industry-standard CAD tools (Altium, KiCad, Eagle, etc.)
- Perform IC bonding, wire bonding, chip-on-board (COB) assembly, and related micro-electronics processes
- Develop and test new electronic components and custom modules
- Troubleshoot PCB and circuit-level issues during development and production
- Work with manufacturing teams to ensure DFM/DFT compliance
- Collaborate with R&D teams to create prototypes and support product development
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and BOMs
- Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or related field
- Experience in PCB design, IC bonding, SMT process, and component development
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits, microcontrollers, and semiconductors
- Knowledge of soldering, rework, testing tools, and lab equipment
- Ability to read schematics and create detailed PCB layouts
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
