Key Responsibilities:


·     Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers regarding insurance products and services.

·     

Policy Management: Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, and cancellations promptly and efficiently.

·     

Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints and issues with a problem-solving mindset to ensure customer satisfaction.

·     

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

·     

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's insurance products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

·     

Team Collaboration: Work with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.



 

Qualifications:


Education: Minimum qualification of 12th Pass.


Language Skills:


Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.

Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.


Skills:


Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle customer inquiries and issues professionally.

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
