Customer Service Executive

BROWNROOF is hiring for multiple leading BPOs across India. If you have experience in international voice processes, customer service, or sales, we have immediate openings for you. Freshers with excellent English communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Available Roles:

We are recruiting for several positions including:

• International Voice Process – Customer Service
• Outbound Sales – US Healthcare
• Customer Support Associate (Voice)
• Technical/Non-Technical Voice Support
• Process Executives & Call Center Associates

(Exact role and process will be matched based on your profile.)

What You Will Do:

• Handle inbound or outbound calls (depending on process)
• Communicate effectively with international customers
• Resolve queries, provide information, or drive sales conversions
• Maintain service quality and adherence to process guidelines
• Achieve performance targets (where applicable)

Who Can Apply:

• Candidates with 6 months–3 years of international BPO experience
• Freshers with excellent spoken English
• Comfortable working in Night Shift / Rotational Shifts
• Strong customer interaction, problem-solving & communication skills
• Willing to work from office

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary ranges: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (role-based)
