About Us: Solastaa Salon is a luxury salon chain with locations in Mumbai and Bangalore. We specialize in advanced skin treatments and exceptional customer service.

Job Summary: We are looking for a Field Marketing Executive who is skilled in sales and eager to join our team. Your role will be to promote our stores in Thane, Kalyan, Varap, and Bangalore by selling booklet offers to professionals, distributing standee vouchers, and conducting awareness marketing in high-footfall areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell booklet offers to doctors, lawyers, yoga trainers, and other professionals.
• Distribute standee vouchers to attract more customers.
• Meet a daily sales target of 10 cards.
• Conduct awareness marketing in malls and other busy areas.
• Suggest and implement new ways to increase sales.
• Travel to Bangalore for marketing activities, with company-provided residence.
• Ensure daily targets are met, with strict consequences for not meeting targets.
• No holidays on public holidays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Any holiday taken on these days will be unpaid, with two days' salary deducted.
• Regularly update marketing reports; failure to do so will be considered undisciplined.
• Report to a central location each day and proceed to assigned areas from there. A manager will be available to guide and assist you.

Additional Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute field marketing plans and campaigns to promote Solastaa Salon's services and products.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends in Thane, Kalyan, and Varap.
• Organize and participate in local events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and influencers to create collaborative marketing opportunities.
• Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and promotional items to target areas and events.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the customer experience.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and industry developments to implement innovative marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or related roles, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
• Flexibility to travel within Thane, Kalyan, Varap, and Bangalore for field marketing activities.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
