  1. Drafting, reviewing, and maintaining legal documents, agreements, notices, affidavits, and correspondence.
  2. Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries, legal opinions, and briefing notes.
  3. Coordinating with advocates, solicitors, consultants, government authorities, and external stakeholders.
  4. Managing litigation records, court filings, case tracking, and maintaining legal databases.
  5. Assisting in due diligence exercises, contract management, and compliance reviews.
  6. Monitoring statutory compliances and maintaining records related to corporate, regulatory, and legal matters.
  7. Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation required by management.
  8. Organizing and maintaining legal files, records, and document repositories.
  9. Following up on legal proceedings, hearings, and regulatory submissions.
