Recruitment Executive

Purpose- responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned roles, ensuring timely closure of positions with quality candidates and a positive candidate experience.

Core Responsibilities –

End-to-End Recruitment- Specifically blue color recruitement

Handle full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer coordination, and joining,

Close positions across levels (specifically Blue color)as per approved manpower plan

Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and quality benchmarks

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and internal databases

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring and critical roles

Conduct preliminary interviews and candidate assessments

Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate with hiring managers for role clarity, interview scheduling, and feedback

Provide regular hiring status updates to internal stakeholders

Ensure smooth communication between candidates and business teams

Offer & Joining Management

Coordinate offer roll-out as per approved compensation structure

Support negotiation within approved salary bands

Track offer acceptance, joining status, and drop-outs

Ensure seamless handover to HR Ops for onboarding

Recruitment MIS & Compliance

Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and reports

Track key recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio

Ensure recruitment documentation and approvals are properly maintained
