Job Description

A Loan Sales executive is responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Mortgage Loan products. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the financial products offered by the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Conversion:
  • Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, referrals, Channel Partners etc.).
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into loan applications.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs.
  • Provide detailed information about personal loan products, including features, benefits, and terms and conditions.
  • Assist customers with the loan application process and ensure a smooth transaction.
  1. Sales and Target Achievement:
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Keep track of sales metrics and report to the sales manager.
  1. Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Collect and verify required documents from customers for loan processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  1. Customer Service:
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Educational Background:
  • 12th +
  1. Experience:
  • Prior experience in sales, especially in the financial services sector, is preferred.
  • Experience with personal loans or other banking products is an advantage.
  1. Key Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good understanding of financial products and the banking industry.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
