Shift Incharge

Job Summary:

The Shift Incharge is responsible for managing day-to-day dark store operations during the assigned shift, ensuring smooth inbound, inventory, picking, packing, and dispatch activities while meeting productivity and service level targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end shift operations.
• Supervise pickers, packers, loaders, and inventory associates.
• Ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
• Monitor attendance, manpower allocation, and productivity.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare and share shift performance reports.
• Train and guide team members to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in warehouse, retail, logistics, or quick commerce operations.
• Experience in team handling and shift management.
• Good understanding of inventory and warehouse processes.
• Basic MS Excel and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
