Job Description
The Presales Telecalling Executive is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, setting up appointments, and supporting the sales team by engaging potential customers over the phone. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing information about products and services, and contributing to the overall sales strategy.
1. Lead Generation:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company's products and services.
• Identify and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
2. Appointment Setting:
· Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
· Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and information.
· Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide any necessary information.
3. Customer Engagement:
· Understand customer needs and provide relevant information about products and services.
· Address initial customer inquiries and provide basic support and assistance.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
4. Database Management:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, contacts, and interactions in the CRM system.
· Ensure data integrity and follow data protection regulations.
· Generate reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
5. Sales Support:
· Assist the sales team with preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement lead-generation campaigns.
· Participate in sales meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
6. Performance Metrics:
· Meet or exceed targets for lead generation, appointment setting, and other key performance indicators.
7. Training and Development:
· Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
· Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in telecalling and presales.
Weekly Activity:
- Improve call conversion rates.
- Generate and submit regular reports
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Consistently achieve KPIs related to lead quality and quantity.
- Collect feedback from potential clients about their needs and preferences.
- Participate in team meetings and share insights or feedback.
- Support marketing efforts by providing feedback from potential clients.
