Job Description Position: Road Construction Project Manager Job Description:  Road Construction Project Managers oversee all aspects of the building process,  Working closely with engineers and architects to develop plans, establish timetables, and determine labor and material costs.  Highway construction project managers are responsible for ensuring the project is completed on budget and within scope.  should also hire and manage subcontractors and employees, gather permits, and ensure all aspects of the project are up to code.  The main responsibilities of road construction project managers are overall project planning, distributing resources, time management, risk management, creating benchmarks, managing the budget, managing staff, and managing relationships with key stakeholders. Skills, Abilities & Know-how • Experiences in the latest techniques in construction technology. • Proven track record in engineering, procurement and construction of very large projects • Ability to turn around and strongly improve project performance on ongoing projects in highly challenging environments • Ability to communicate effectively and manage relationships with internal & external vendors • Structured, passionate and highly versatile with a strong focus on empowering the teams to get the job done • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to anticipate issues, estimate risks and identify proactive solutions to eliminate risks • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Education & Experience: • A senior managerial position handling plant construction & infra process • Bachelor degree in engineering field • Must have proven 10-15 years’ experience in road construction field Location- Kerala Immediate Joiner will be preferred
