Job Description
- Make outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain Careli HomeMedicare’s services.
- Understand client requirements, provide detailed information, and address queries to convert leads into service enrollments.
- Assist the hiring team by coordinating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and following up as needed.
- Maintain accurate call records, and prepare daily/weekly reports on leads and conversions.
- Follow communication scripts, ensure compliance with company policies, and uphold a professional, empathetic tone.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to achieve monthly targets.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the concerned department for quick resolution.
