Job Description

Preparing dough for atta, naan, roti.
Providing fresh high-quality food.
Creating and costing new dishes.
Complying with relevant health and safety guidelines.
Leading the kitchen team in preparing and cooking a diverse range of South Indian dishes, with a specialization in Andhra cuisine.
Developing and executing authentic Andhra recipes, ensuring the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
Being responsible for quality control and tasting the dishes.
Making sure they are at the right standard and are presented correctly before they go out to the customer.
Recruiting, motivating, and managing staff.
Liaising with suppliers, overseeing deliveries, managing the Kitchen budget, and designing menus.
