• Diploma or degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Service Engineer, preferably in the fitness equipment industry.
• Excellent technical skills and knowledge of gym equipment functionality.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to address customer concerns effectively.
• Proactive approach to ensuring equipment maintenance and performance.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
• Two Wheeler (Must).
