Job Title: AUTOMATIC VISUALS INSPECTOR Must have valid passport. This is an onsite job in Abu Dhabi The client interview will be conducted in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. The HR will inform you about any service/processing fee. Job Responsibilities: System Monitoring: Operate and monitor automated visual inspection systems to ensure they are functioning correctly. Regularly check the performance of cameras, sensors, and other components to maintain optimal functionality. Quality Assurance: Inspect and evaluate products or components using automated visual inspection systems to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Identify and report any defects or deviations from the required standards. Calibration and Maintenance: Conduct regular calibration and maintenance of the visual inspection equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results. Address any issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain the effectiveness of the inspection system. Programming and Setup: Program and set up automated visual inspection systems based on product specifications and quality criteria. Adjust parameters as needed to accommodate different products or variations in the manufacturing process. Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data generated by the automated inspection system. Identify trends, patterns, or anomalies that may indicate issues with product quality or the inspection process. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspection results, equipment settings, and any deviations from the norm. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with quality control standards. Collaboration: Collaborate with production and quality control teams to address any issues related to product quality or the performance of the automated visual inspection system. Provide feedback for process improvement and contribute to continuous quality enhancement efforts.
