Job Title: NDT Technician Must have valid passport. This is an onsite job in Dubai The client interview will be conducted in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. The HR will inform you about any service/processing fee. Job Responsibilities: Inspection Procedures: Conduct non-destructive tests on materials, components, or structures using techniques such as ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, or visual testing. Follow established inspection procedures and protocols. Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain NDT equipment effectively to ensure accurate and reliable results. Perform routine calibration and verification checks on equipment to guarantee proper functionality. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance and control measures during the inspection process to ensure that materials and components meet specified standards and project requirements. Documentation: Create detailed and accurate inspection reports documenting test methods, results, and any identified defects or anomalies. Ensure that all documentation complies with industry standards and project specifications. Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines during NDT activities. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow best practices to minimize the risk of accidents or exposure to hazardous materials. Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and project teams to provide timely and accurate feedback on inspection results. Collaborate with other technicians and professionals to address any issues and ensure project goals are met. Continuous Training: Stay updated on the latest developments in NDT technologies, techniques, and industry standards. Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills and maintain certification requirements.
