Job Title: Network Technician Must have valid passport. This is an onsite job in Dubai. The client interview will be conducted in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. Job Responsibilities: Network Installation and Configuration: Install and configure computer networks, including routers, switches, and other networking equipment, ensuring proper connectivity and functionality. Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Identify and resolve network issues by using diagnostic tools and techniques to troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and security issues. Respond to service disruptions promptly. Hardware and Software Maintenance: Maintain and upgrade network hardware and software components, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and network operating systems. Apply patches and updates to ensure security and optimal performance. Network Security: Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the network from unauthorized access, attacks, and data breaches. Monitor network security logs and take corrective actions when necessary. Documentation: Create and maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, installations, and changes. This includes network diagrams, inventory lists, and troubleshooting procedures to aid in future support and upgrades. User Support: Provide technical support to end-users regarding network-related issues. Assist in the setup and configuration of network-connected devices such as computers, printers, and other peripherals. Capacity Planning: Monitor network performance and conduct capacity planning to anticipate future needs. Recommend upgrades or adjustments to the network infrastructure to accommodate growth and changes in technology.
