Job Title: Turner Must have valid passport. This is an onsite job in Saudi. The client interview will be conducted in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. The HR will inform you about any service/processing fee. Job Responsibilities: Machining Operations: Operate and set up lathes and other machining equipment to turn, bore, thread, and face metal workpieces according to engineering drawings and specifications. Tool Selection and Maintenance: Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and fixtures for specific turning operations. Regularly inspect and maintain tools to ensure they are in good working condition. Precision Measurements: Take accurate measurements using precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify the dimensions of machined parts and ensure they meet required specifications. Material Handling: Handle and load raw materials into the lathe, ensuring proper alignment and securing of workpieces. Monitor the machining process to prevent issues such as tool deflection or workpiece misalignment. Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for quality, identifying any defects or deviations from specifications. Make necessary adjustments to the machining process to achieve the desired results. Blueprint Reading: Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to understand the specifications and tolerances required for each job. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. This includes using personal protective equipment (PPE) and following proper machining and tool handling procedures.
