Job description:

• Designing, planning, and implementing landscape projects according to client specifications and preferences.
• Conducting site assessments to evaluate soil, climate and other environmental factors.
• Selecting appropriate plants, trees, and shrubs based on site conditions and aesthetic considerations.
• Managing plant health care, including pest and disease management, fertilization and pruning.
• Overseeing planting, transplanting and maintenance activities.
• Providing expert advice and recommendations to clients on plant selection, care, and landscape design.
• Collaborating with other team members, including landscape architects, gardeners, and maintenance staff.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices in horticulture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Botany, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in horticulture, landscape design, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of plant species, cultivation techniques, and landscape design principles.
• Experience with plant health care practices, including pest and disease management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
