Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a smart, dynamic, target-oriented Business Development Executive who can generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and strong sales instincts.

Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.

Generate leads and convert them into sales.

Visit clients (as required) and present company products and solutions.

Manage and grow existing customer accounts.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up for order closures.

Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/records.

Coordinate with the technical and operations team for project execution.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
