• Presentable with decent personality
• Easily identify sales opportunity from the market
• Having knowledge of loan products and its processing
• Ability to learn the new things within a short time span
• Knowing local language with good communication skills, English will be add-on
• Customer focused and willing to go the extra mile to deliver an exceptional service
