Sales & Marketing Executive

Experience in B2B sales and corporate gifting preferred

We are looking for a high-performing Sales & Marketing Executive to drive our B2B growth. In this role, you will be the bridge between our creative inventory and corporate buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Identify and research high-potential B2B leads (focusing on HR Heads, Marketing Directors, and Office Managers) via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, and networking events.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs (e.g., employee engagement, client appreciation, event merchandise) and recommend tailored gifting solutions.
• Proposal Management: Create visually appealing proposals and detailed price quotations that balance client budget constraints with our profit margins.
• Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and timelines to close high-volume bulk orders.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and healthy sales pipeline using our CRM (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce), ensuring rigorous follow-ups on stalled leads.
