MBBS ONLY(NO ANY OTHER FIELED) -Conduct thorough medical assessments to evaluate patients' health conditions and medical history WORK DONE BY GROUND Medical Officer.Analyze test results and medical data to formulate appropriate treatment plans provide by onground medical officer.monitor and track each and every activities ,protocol will follow anda maintained TAT BY ONGROUND MEDICAL SERVICE PROVIDER/tEAM INCLUDING TRAINING.Develop and guide customized treatment plans based on patients' medical needs, preferences, and home environments any time and any where.Follow established protocols and guidelines to ensure timely and effective crisis management.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and social workers, to deliver holistic care to patients.Communicate regularly with patients' primary care physicians/m.o and specialists to coordinate care plans and exchange relevant medical information.Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and medication histories.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards regarding patient confidentiality and data privacy.Stay abreast of latest medical advancements, treatment modalities, and clinical guidelines relevant to home-based care.

Participate in continuing medical education programs, conferences, and workshops to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
