Most most and most important is payment planning, In - flow and accordingly planning of payment including PDC etc. …* ✭ ❏ *We have Tally Prime and Accountant consultant, plus CA also, so proper guidance will get, but :- some important has to be taken care* ❏ Salary planning and to do in proper way and timely i.e. is between 7 to 10, Tally Payroll, etc.... ❏ Other accounts related work ❏ Have to acknowledge all mails or message ❏ Be active in office WhatsApp ❏ Purchase entry should be always first and then after from that sales bill should be prepared so proper product will be used ❏ Sales and Purchase invoice entry should be with Serial No and warranty details in it and same product to be sold … so no negative product should be there ❏ E Way bill with invoice ❏ Sales invoice with proper GST ❏ Regular checking and showing of purchase bill with sales details ❏ Regular checking of Vendor ledger ❏ Timely Electric Bill, Petrol Bill , telephone bill other ... ❏ Regular sending to mail of outstanding to client ❏ Payment follow up, ❏ Salary calculation ❏ Regular GST checking on Portal ❏ Proper purchase entry with proper GST ❏ Regular cash entry in Tally and mail to me too ❏ Regular Bank reconciliation
