Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- .1. Customer Engagement & Sales Greet customers and assist them in identifying the right vehicle based on needs and preferences.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Present pricing, financing, and promotional offers clearly and professionally.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and process sales paperwork and contracts accurately.
- 2. Product & Market KnowledgeMaintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealership’s inventory, including new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Stay current on automotive features, technology, and competitive products.
- Explain technical features and benefits in simple, customer-friendly language.
- 3. Customer Relationship ManagementFollow up with leads, inquiries, and past customers to generate repeat business.
- Build long-term customer relationships through professionalism and consistent communication.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before, during, and after the sale.
