Job Description

We are hiring a Back Office Coordinator to handle day-to-day office operations, documentation, coordination tasks, and basic accounting support for our client.

Candidates with Tally knowledge will be preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily back-office tasks including documentation, data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
  • Prepare and update reports, letters, and spreadsheets.
  • Handle billing support, invoice checking, voucher updates, and basic accounts-related work.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and follow up on pending tasks.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general office upkeep.
  • Handle emails, calls, scheduling, and communication on behalf of management.
  • Maintain administrative records such as attendance, logs, and internal documents.


Required Skills

  • Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Tally knowledge preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage day-to-day office operations effectively.
  • Preferred Qualifications is Graduate (any stream)
  • 1–3 years of experience in back office/admin roles preferred.
