Role Summary: As an Embedded Software Engineer you will be responsible for defining detailed-level architecture for Embedded applications. You will be responsible for developing practical and innovative Embedded Software solutions to meet the user Needs. In this role you will be responsible for work that is less defined in scope and can affect short-term and long-term business goals. Essential Responsibilities:  Design, Development and test Embedded Software, ensuring quality specifications are met  Design and Development of Scalable, Embedded Software for field mounted equipment  Design/Code review for effective Quality Software  Performing Integration with various Software – Hardware Integrations  Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure application development meets product specification requirements  Participate actively in design and code reviews  Developing and executing unit test cases, white box test Qualifications / Requirements:  B. E. / B.Tech. in Electronics and Comm.  1 – 3 Years of Relevant Experience  Real-Time Embedded Software development for embedded systems using 16-bit/32-bit architecture - preferably on STM based Microprocessor / Microcontroller  Hands-on experience in Embedded Technology with Proficiency in C & C++ Programming languages  Experience in firmware development with a very good understanding of Operating System concepts - Experience on FreeRTOS is Preferable  Experience in I2C, SPI, RS-232, RS422, RS485, Ethernet and other communication protocols  Experience in Automation industry would be added advantage  Experience in working on various development tools such as IDE, Compilers, Emulator/Simulator etc.  Ability to perform on fast-paced program schedules to ensure timely execution and delivery  Good oral and written communication  Strong technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems.  Strong analytic and problem-solving skills  Good interpersonal & organizational skills  local candidate & capable to work at customer site (anywhere in India) is preferable.
