Field Sales Executive

• 1. New Client Acquisition Identify and approach potential clients (retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, service providers).
• Conduct field visits to pitch JD Mart offerings.
• Generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Present the benefits of JD Mart digital store, catalogue creation, and online visibility.

• 2. Product Presentation & Demonstration Explain JD Mart features such as product listing, catalogue management, enquiry system, and digital storefront.
• Provide live demonstrations using the JD Mart app.
• Clearly communicate pricing, packages, and promotional offers.

3 Client Onboarding & Activation

• Assist clients in creating and verifying their JD Mart store profile.
• Ensure proper submission of documents (KYC, GST, business details).
• Upload client product catalogues and ensure profile completeness.
• Educate clients on using the JD Mart dashboard and enquiry management.

• 4. Relationship Management
• Build long-term relationships with merchants for renewals and up-selling.
• Provide post-sale support and resolve client queries.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.

• 5. Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain daily activity reports (DAR).
• Track lead pipeline, conversions, and collection updates.
• Ensure timely updates in CRM or internal tools.

6.Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to do field sales and achieve targets.
• Good understanding of online marketplaces or digital platforms.
• Basic technical knowledge of mobile apps and dashboard usage.
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and target-oriented.
