HR Executive Job description • 1) Utilizing various sourcing method like Web portals (i.e., Naukri, LinkedIn, Head hunting.) • 2) Referring Internal Database, Employee referrals etc. - Screening & short-listing candidates profile as per the requirements. • 3) Co-coordinating with candidates for interview & conducting telephonic interview before short listing candidates - Interacting with candidate, doing initial screening. • 4) Preparing candidates for interviewing with the clients by providing detailed information about business strategy, job descriptions, and expectation. • 5) Arranging for personal interview on short listing, having good co-ordination with the Hiring Panel arranging the final interview selected candidates and reviews results. • 6)Following up on the interview process status • 7)Taking care of Onboarding • 8) Should be able to handle employee queries, branch shuffling employees. • 9) Induction and Training of new joining. • 10)Employee counseling and feedback • 11) Handling the All documents about the company carefully. • 12)Knowledge about hr Function and Basic rules[Pf,Esi] • 13) Completing timely reports on employment activity.
