Human Resource Manager The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilities • Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees • Expertise in HR policies and procedures • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulation • Employee-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism and discretion • Familiarity with MS Office Suites • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience • 2+ years’ experience in Human Resources Management Preference 1. Must be local (Vadodara or nearby Vadodara). 2. Must have 5* call center / BPO experience as a HRM Timing Day Shift Monday – Saturday
