Job Description A)   PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The primary responsibility is to: Responsible for end-to-end recruitment Process.   B)   DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for end-to-end recruitment Process. Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones etc.) Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source Candidates Recruit qualified candidates by engaging in sourcing activities to include, but not be limited to: market research (i.e., job fairs, job boards, etc.) Identifying candidate sources, cold calling, recruiting calls, attending seminars and networking events Build and maintain strong relationships within our industry Make contact with our existing database of IT candidates Utilize social media to develop new leads Utilize job boards and other online resources Recruit, screen, and interview candidates as appropriate for positions throughout the company using behavioral interviewing techniques Maintain applicant tracking system by keeping applicant and job data current and up-to-date according to established procedures Determine applicant suitability by utilizing Diversified Solutions qualification standards (interviewing applicants, organize technical interviews, analyzing responses, and drive internal hiring process) C)   MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 1-7 Years of Experience in end to end recruitment Any Graduation or Higher or any other equivalent educational background. D)   IDEAL CANDIDATE: Skills/ Experience Required: Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Sense of urgency and ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines. Must be self-managed, responsive and dedicated to customer support. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.   Required Behaviors/ Competencies: Self-starter driven by results achievement. Proactive, can work under pressure. Good communication skills. Effective Negotiation Skills. Should be ready to be mobile & relocate when required. Eye for detail.
