Job Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential customers for residential & industrial solar products
• Conduct field visits, site surveys and assess customer needs
• Schedule and conduct meetings & product presentations
• Prepare quotations and assist customers with solution selection
• Handle negotiation, follow-ups, and close sales targets
• Maintain daily reporting of visits, calls and conversions
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure smooth installation coordination

Required Skills

• Mandatory field sales experience (Solar/Energy/Construction/Electrical preferred)
• Excellent communication & presentation ability
• Strong negotiation skills and proven deal-closure capability
• Ability to perform on-site surveys using measurement tools
• Self-driven, target-oriented and willing to travel
