WorkforceLogiq is rapidly growing and expanding their technical team to include a high calibre Program Coordinator to help facilitate Global Clients its Program Operations team. Job Role: • Works directly with client managers to facilitate staff augmentation need and all related transactions • Works closing with management to prepare job descriptions and requisitions for all positions. • Reviews resumes, conducts phone screens, submits candidates to hiring manager for review. • Coordinates all interviews with candidate, supplier and hiring manager. • Provides feedback to supplier on candidate during entire hiring process. • On-going training of hiring managers on program and policies, requisition entry, candidate review and contractor time approval in the VMS • Work closely with Human Resources, Legal and Corporate Security, to ensure contractor compliance with corporate policies and procedures • Daily responsibilities include contractor and supplier relations, setting-up new suppliers, coordinating candidate submittals and interviews • Bill Rate negotiation, coordination and verification of drug and background checks, all other contractor "on boarding" responsibilities • New Supplier & Contractor VMS training • Assist with preparation and presentation of monthly/quarterly program reports to client and corporate management • Answer supplier questions, monitor supplier and contractor activities Qualification: Who can Apply: 1) 5+ years of experience in a client facing role (deputed on client location) 2) 2 years of experience in Partner / Vendor / Supplier Management. 3) Should have excellent knowledge of IT skills and applicability. 4) From from Client place post Pandemic 5) Shift Time: EST time
